• Degree in HR/PQHRM in IPM or equivalent qualification in NIBM
• 5 years experience in HR processes and and procedures
• Good computer skills MS Office, Excel!
• Good command of English
• Excellent leadership skills, strong negotiation skills, analytical skills, problem solving and creative ability
• Should be conversant with industrial labor laws
• Area preferable person who resides Puttalam, Madurankuliya and Chilaw
