• Certificate / Diploma in Human Resource Management

• 3-5 years experience in HR processes and procedures

• Sound knowledge in MS Office, Excel

• Good command of English

• Excellent leadership skills, strong negotiation skills, analytical skills, problem solving and creative ability

• Should be conversant with industrial labor laws.

• Area preferable person who resides Puttlam & Madurankuliya
