Job Description
Job Role:
• Handling operational aspects of HR services of the Group of Companies.
• Maintaining HRIS system , personal files and documents related to the employee life cycle.
• Handling documentation and correspondence related to the statutory requirements.
• Assisting in projects and tasks related to the employment engagement and development.
Skills and Qualification:
• A Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management /Business Administration or full part Professional Qualification in Human Resource Management
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to work independently & meet deadlines
