Job Description
HR/Office Manager position.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure office is managed in an effective manner
Manage payroll, EPT, ETF for employees
Manage employee performances & relationships
Ensure employees are completing & submitting timesheets by end of the week
Ensure the efficient running of all office systems and facilities, recommending and implementing improvements where necessary
Maintaining and ordering office supplies
Work with the Management Team to implement all HR policies and procedures ensuring they are adapted and in line with local legislation and best practice
Assist in managing the recruitment process of all permanent staff
Take responsibility for all health and safety
This role will cover the following priorities:
1. Administration
2. HR
3. Payroll
Requirements:
At least 1 - 3 years of experience in HR & Administration is essential
Strong interpersonal skills with a dynamic, vibrant and collaborative style with the ability to manage staff
A positive and friendly nature coupled with the ability to put the foot down when necessary
Strong time management and organization skills with a proven ability to focus on priorities, solve problems, juggle multiple tasks and work autonomously to deadlines.
