Company looking for an energetic and highly skilled individual for our Human Resource Department

The ideal candidate should possess :
• Diploma in Human Resource Management from a recognized Institution or higher education in HR Management

• Thorough knowledge in operational HR and HR Development

• Minimum 03 years experience in a similar environment/capacity

• People oriented person with ability to work under pressure

• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision

• Excellent PR skills

• Excellent command of oral/written Sinhala and English

• Age below 40 years

The selected candidate will be required to maintain good HR practices, maintain all personal records and provide proper and timely information towards HR goals. Experience in implementing ISO and goal setting process will be an added advantage.
