Qualifications 

• Degree/Professional qualifications in HRM from a recognized institution

• Excellent command in English (Both written and Oral)

• Computer literacy

Experience& Abilities:

• Minimum of 1- 2 years' experience in HR in a manufacturing organization

• Overall Knowledge on entire employee life cycle is must

• Knowledge of statutory regulations would be an aided advantage

• Ability to work independently and work under pressure

• Should be assertive, self driven and be a Team Player with sound interpersonal Skills.

• Resides close to Mattegoda

• Preferably a Male Candidates
