Job Description
MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinating and ensuring all employees undergo the induction process
Auctioning workflow activities in Workday CHRIS)
Maintaining up to date personal files for all employees
Create login's for new employees and ensuring the HR system is updated
Ensuring all insurance related tasks are completed on a timely manner (claims, additions, removable)
Preparation of various letters (Employment confirmation, Salary confirmation etc)
Coordinating various training and maintaining training records
Leave management
The resignation process is followed
Preparing monthly accounts
Maintaining monthly petty cash
Ensure a safe, healthy and sustainable workplace for all employees and contractors, report workplace
Hazards, and provide a safe and positive workplace. complete all necessary training requirements and professional development opportunities.
KEY SKILLS AND CAPABILITIES:
Proficient written and oral communication skills
Good interpersonal skills and has the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively
Attention to detail and methodical
QUALIFICATIONS AND TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 2 year experience in a similar role
