Job Description
Should be able to short list the candidates, and schedule the interviews
Expertise in using social media to attract candidate and build the relationship
Strong communication skills in English and attention to detail
Excellent multitasking and critical thinking skills
Adaptability and problem-solving skills
Have a 'can do' attitude and possess the ability to work on your own initiative.
Should have a good computer literacy
Previous HR experience would be advantages
Knowledge and understanding of HR legislation and regulations
Ability to partner, collaborate, and listen effectively as a consultant.
