F&B Manager

• Successful completion of a Degree / Diploma program in Hospitality Management or other related courses specialized in Food & Beverage
• Minimum 5 years' in a similar capacity at a star class hotel
• Fluent in English language with excellent communication skills. Knowledge of foreign language would be a definite advantage.
• Excellent skills in customer handling & problem solving
• Be a good team player with attention to detail, focused on quality service together with commendable leadership skills

Restaurant Captains

• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar capacity at a star class hotel
• Completion of basic level of restaurant & bar service program at a recognized institution would be a definite advantage

Walters & Waitress / Trainees

• Minimum 1 - 2 years' experience in a similar capacity at a star class hotel

FRONT OFFICE DEPARTMENT
Reservation Officers /Trainee Reservations

• Must have a good educational background
• Good knowledge and skills in Sales & Marketing Excellent communication skills with a pleasing personality
• At least 2 years' experience in a similar capacity at a star class hotel Knowledge in Destiny Hotel Management System would be a definite advantage
  Guest Relations Officer
• Minimum 02 years' experience in a similar capacity
• Excellent communication skills
• Be proficient in English language, both written and spoken
• Ability to communicate in other language is a definite advantage
• Must be a good team player with an outgoing personality
• Be service oriented, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure

Receptionists / Trainee Receptionists

• Pleasing personality with good exposure in Front Desk
• Minimum 01 year experience in a similar capacity Excellent communication skills and ability to deal with phone and email client inquiries Knowledge of a foreign language is definite advantage

HOUSEKEEPING DEPARTMENT

• Room Attendants / Trainee Room Attendants
• Successful completion of a professional qualification at a recognized institute
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar capacity at a Star Class

MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT A/C Technician

• Recognized qualification in air conditioning
• Excellent knowledge in air conditioning, maintenance & repair • Good knowledge in electrical 8, electronics aspects
• Minimum 4 years' industrial experience
• Ability to work under minimum supervision

Electrician

• Successful completion of a program related program with minimum 2 - 3 years of experience Sound knowledge in all aspects of electrical systems & trouble shooting experience

HR DEPARTMENT HR Assistants

• Related professional qualification from a recognized institute
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English At least 01 year experience in HR activities at a reputed organization
