Job Description
FOOD & BEVERAGE EXECUTIVE
• Degree or diploma from a recognized hotel school in the relevant field would be preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years work experience in a star category hotel in similar capacity.
• Banqueting and overseas exposure would be an added advantage.
• Age — Below 40 yrs.
RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR
• Minimum of 2 years work experience in a star category hotel in similar capacity.
• Good command of English and good interpersonal skills.
• Overseas exposure would be an added advantage.
• Age — Below 35 yrs.
RESTAURANT CAPTAINS
• Minimum of 2 years work experience in a star category hotel in similar capacity.
• Overseas exposure would be an added advantage.
• Age— Below 35 yrs.
SENIOR WAITERS
• Minimum of 2 years work experience in a star category hotel in similar capacity.
• Overseas exposure would be and added advantage.
• Age — Below 30 yrs.
TRAINEE WAITERS,TRAINEE HOSTESSES,TRAINEE BARTENDERS
