Opportunities ***Marketing executive:**** The role is varied, fast paced and sales focused. You will work together with the Director and the Team in UK to assist them in expanding the business. Training will be provided by both UK and Sri Lanka teams. Experience in Marketing/Sales, Merchandising is advantageous, however not essential. ****Compliance Officers and Administrators:*** We also have opportunities in the Compliance Team and Administration Team, with a competitive basic and a commission/bonus structure. High performers can move to executive level positions very quickly. Experience in similar fields are advantageous, however not essential. -----------------------------------------------------The Person----------------------------------------------------- These roles require candidates with lots of drive and ambition, excellent communication skills and a naturally persuasive and engaging telephone manner. You will need to have good attention to detail, with the ability to think of your feet and ability to learn quickly. Full training will be provided for the roles, and there is huge scope for progression, as the company has ambitious plans to expand and increase the headcount to 50+ staff by end of 2019. ***Incentives*** A starting salary is on offer, along with a generous commission structure. High performers has potential to earn Rs 50,000+ and opportunities to move into managerial roles within 6-12 months.
