Responsibilities
• taking accurate site measurements for drawings

• quality check at site

• approving site quality of wall finishes, plumbing and electrical work

• quality check and approving of sub contractor work

• making sure that the site is completed on time

• handling sub contractors to obtain satisfactory work

• achieving the highest customer satisfactory levels through commitment and dedication
Skills, knowledge and experience needed

• ability to priorities and take critical effective decisions

• knowledge in construction (qs or site supervisor)

• technical know how of mechanical devices

• knowledge in metric measurements and conversions

• ability to understand technical drawings or designs • knowledge in autocad will be a plus point

• ability to handle work pressure with patience

• target driven positive attitude

• experience in customer handling and debt collection
