Job Description
✓ Proven success as a Sous Chef, Executive Sous Chef in a high- volume upscale hotel or high end resort hotel.
✓ Controls and analyses ongoing basis level of followings; Cost, sales, production, preparation, quality and presentation, Guest satisfaction, hygiene.
✓ Experience with hot foods (Western and Asian) desserts and pastry.
✓ Proven ability to develop team.
✓ Knowledge of ISO 22000 of (2005) systems, methods and processes.
✓ Stable job history which demonstrates upward career progression.
✓ Contactable references required for detailed feedback of previous work ethics required.
✓ Must have strong F&B, Operations experience.
✓ Application should process a minimum of 02 years of experience in a similar capacity in a star class hotel. Age below 45 years.
✓ Preference will be given to those who possess a Diploma in Hospitality Management or similar qualifications from a reputed Hotel School.

✓ International resort hotel or Luxury Boutique Hotel experiences are must
