SKILLS AND TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
• Minimum 2 years work experience in BPO/Customer Service/Operations

• Professional verbal and written English communication skills

• Computer literate

• Excellent interactive skills

• Fluency in English for communication with Australian counterparts

• Should be able to work productively under minimum supervision with good time management skills

• A good knowledge of Industrial Electrical products will be added advantage

• Ability to work during Australian working hours and days
