Job Description
Main responsibility is to handle and ensure the smooth functioning of the Human Resources Department and prepare the report for assist the top management decisions.
• Passed G.C.E (OIL) & G.C.E (EL).
• Diploma in HR /Business Administration, equivalent, /Professional Qualification in HRM
• Minimum of 1 Year experience in similar capacity.
• Target oriented and capacity to perform under pressure
• Handling payroll process and statutory including EPF/ETF, PAYEE, TAX etc...
• Maintenance of pay records and dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
• Handling daily attendance reports
• Furnishing financial data and statistics as and when required
• Fluent in spoken and written, in both Sinhala & English
• Maintain high accuracy, Productivitystandards and should have high willingness to learn. Participate in standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure Compliance with internal guidelines and policies.
• Able to handle day to day administration related works
• Age Below 35 Years.
