Requirements:
• 1-3 years of experience in a customer oriented position

• Strong written and oral communication skills

• Comfortable with making presentations in front of groups

• Fluent in English and Sinhala

• Ability to work independently and visit customers

• Collaborative problem solver

• Proactive and takes initiative to reach clients and improve their experience

• Understanding of using technology (mobile/web) is a plus

• Age between 22-28.

• A degree or an equivalent professional qualification from a recognized university.
