Job Description
The Responsibilities,
• Assist with all incoming inquiries pertaining to hotel reservations, products and services.
• Assist with all promotion and marketing campaign inquiries.
• Resolve customer complaints and enquirers in relation to changes in reservation dates and related services
• Assist/undertake any other task assigned by line management.
The Requirements:-
• Degree, Diploma or an equivalent professional qualification
• A high degree of integrity and professionalism.
• Minimum of 1 year in a similar capacity preferably in contact center /customer service environment
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Sinhala and Tamil.
• Excellent knowledge of PC software — Windows, Excel, Word , PowerPoint
• Dynamic, highly motivated and a result — oriented team player with good interpersonal skills
• Possess initiative and be able to work independently
• Ability to work in a challenging environment
