Eligibility

To be successful you will need to possess:

1. Minimum of 2 - 3 years Experience in a similar capacity in a star class Hotel or Resort with proven track records.
2. Should have a good understanding about the existing Hotel industry.
3. Impressive Communication in Sinhala and English.
4. Excellent record of kitchen and staff management. 
5. Good in computer literacy. 
6. Suitable academic qualification for the post.
7. Familiar with industry's best practices.
8. Understanding various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.
9. Accuracy and speed in handling emergency situation and providing solution.
