REQUIREMENTS:

Preferable age limit below 35 years

Minimum of five years' experience in the field of telesales /outbound call center with a proven track record in the capacity of AM / Team Lead

Possess a sound English knowledge with excellent PR skills

Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills with outstanding convincing skills.

Managed a team of I 0 - 20 agents
