Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers and other computer peripherals
• Troubleshooting basic network issues
• Installing and troubleshooting Microsoft products
• Ability to troubleshooting UPS issues
• Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with customers
Essential Requirements
• IT Diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years experience in the related filed
• Basic understanding of operating systems
• Ability to visit customer locations island wide
• Candidates those who are having HP products certifications are encourage to apply
