JOB DESCRIPTION
• Answering customer queries and helping them make purchases
• Staying up to speed about all the new product deals on a daily basis
• Giving feedback to customer service and repairs teams about customer complaints
REQUIRED SKILLS
• A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role or a desire to gain similar experience (school leavers are encouraged to apply)
• A great people skills in English and Sinhala. A working knowledge of tamil would be extra advantage.
• A willingness to learn through feedback from your colleagues and customers • A lot of energy and enthusiasm to keep your team and the customers engaged all throughout the day
