Key responsibilities:
• researching and analysing market trends

• identifying target markets and how best to reach them

• coming up with marketing strategies

• prepare & adhere to budget

• collaborate with sales and sourcing to develop strategic partnership activities and implement the execution framework and strategic plan on identified opportunities

• develop & lead a marketing team that will develop and execute new concepts, business models, channels and partners to position business as innovator & leader

Skills & qualifications:
• a university graduate or equivalent in the field of marketing / business management + electrical engineering back ground

• minimum 08 years of experience in the similar capacity specially engineering trade company

• excellent spoken and written communication skills

• a creative approach

• good organizational and planning skills

• ability to lead and motivate a team

• drive, motivation and initiative

• the ability to work under pressure and to deadline

• good business sense and budgeting skills
