Job Description
Job Responsibilities
• Interact directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
• Handle Customer Inquiries while identifying & escalating Priority Issues
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
• Provide pricing and delivery information
• Organize workflow to meet customer satisfaction
• Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
• Maintain a good level of Customer Relationship
Key Competencies
• Good proficiency in English, Written and Spoken Communication Skills
• Minimum of One year experience in a Call Center or Front Office Operation will be an advantage
• Professional Personality with demonstrated commitment to provide excellent Customer experience
• Good Team player with optimistic Interpersonal skills and Attentiveness
• Be Friendly, Charismatic, Punctual & Energetic
