Skills and qualifications
• Ideal candidate should be fluent in both English and Sinhala while fluency in Tamil will be an added advantage

• Preferably with 3 subjects passed at the GCE A/Ls

• Have a proactive, team player attitude

• Candidates with previous experience in telemarketing will be definitely considered

• Should be willing to work during the weekend and late hours if required
Job role

• Calling prospective client bases and making productive appointments

• Answering incoming calls and assisting clients with their queries

• Capturing accurate client information on excel / CRM systems accordingly

• Strict adherence in forwarding daily appointment and call stats as necessary

• Assisting the team with day-to-day administration work
