Job type - Full Time (3 Month Contract) Job details : VFS TasHeel International is looking for a front facing customer experience expert to accurately and pleasantly submit and follow the visa application process. What’s expected? • Validating applicant’s documents • Processing each applicant’s visa application by checking passport details, entering accurate data and handling cash payments • Supporting and helping applicants by providing full information on the visa types and process • Submitting applications within the specified service level How to succeed? • Work by Company values • Provide a great customer service experience to all applicants • Have a clear communication with all applicants and colleagues • Process applications quickly, accurately and pleasantly • Escalate queries and issues in a timely manner
