Job Description
Job Profile
Handle customers who visit the office
Accept all customer payments and carry out receipting
Follow up on customer overdue payments and develop Receivables schedules for Finance
Gather customer information as required and maintain comprehensive customer database
Analyze and provide customer information to the management for continuous improvement
Coordinate with all stakeholders to increase the company's efficiency
Qualifications
Passed GCE (A/L), preferably in the Commerce Stream
Following an Accountancy course would be an added advantage
Should have excellent communication skills, with a Working Knowledge of English Computer Literacy (MS Excel, MS Word)
Age Between 19-25 years
