Key Duties & Responsibilities

■ Handle inquiries on Credit and Debit Cards from the network

■ Report machine breakdowns to service maintenance companies

■ Reply to emails sent by the branch network with regard to credit and debit cards

Job Requirements.

■ Completion of secondary school (A-Levels in any stream)

■ Excellent communication skills

■ Fluent in English, Sinhala & Tamil language will be an added qualification

■ Computer literacy

■ School Leavers are encouraged to apply

■ Age between 19 - 25 years

Work Locations- Colombo
