• Experience in a star class hotel/restaurant

• Should have knowledge of international dishes

• Overseas experience will be an advantage

• Assist the supervisor to run the station efficiently, ensure the cleanliness of the food

• Takes a responsibility for the cleanliness of the section assigned.

• Produces kinds of food in hot and cold kitchen either pastry.

• Perforrns any other duties as assigned by superiors.

Position Requirements

Having a hotel school qualification will be preferred Possess

1-2 years of experience in a similar position in the Hospitality Industry

Be a team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
