To succeed in this role you will have:

✓ Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written) in English

You will also have:
✓ A Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in Customer Service or Procurement.

✓ A minimum of two years of work experience in a similar capacity

✓ Have a strong work ethic

✓ Pay attention to detail while prioritising and managing tasks

✓ Be a team player

✓ Be a confident and diplomatic communicator with a positive, customer-oriented mind-set

✓ Have the ability to implement procedures and good customer service practice

✓ Be driven by empathy

✓ Be an initiator
