Candidate Profile:
- BSc — Civil or an equivalent qualification

- Minimum 3 years of experience (Local/ Overseas)

- Professional membership in IESL/ASCE/ICE/PMI would be a distinct advantage

- Advanced Excel skills along with excellent interpersonal skills

- Sound Analytical skills, negotiation skills and leadership skills

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline

- Excellent IT skills - Fluent in English and Sinhala (oral and written)
