Job Description
COMMON PROFILE FOR BELOW POSITIONS
• Well experience in air fare reservation and ticketing
• Good communication in English and any other European language is a definite advantage
• Ability to work independently
CALL CENTRE MEMBER
• Ability to cope with pressure of high profile customers / corporate clients
• Good IT literacy and software skills
• Good team player
• Reside within 5 km radius of Colombo 5
• Willing to work in shift basis (transport will be provided for night shift)
WE OFFER
• Salary plus commission
TEAM LEADER / TRAINER
• Minimum 03 years experience in a call centre supervisory level
• Prior experience in managing a team of 10 —12 agents
• Ability to formulate training needs and identify areas for improvement
• Able to work under pressure and multi tasking
• Willingness to work long hours
• Proficiency in Microsoft office application
• Age below 40 years
• Good people management and interpersonal skills
