Job Description
The role and responsibilities;
• Handle customer inquiries while identifying and escalating priority issues
• Engage in constructive problem resolution and provide solutions to customers
The ideal candidate;
• Candidates should be between 18 -23 years of age
• Successful completion of G.C.E Ordinary Level examination
• 2 passes at the G.C.E Advanced Level Examination
• Willingness and ability to work on shift/rotational shift basis
• Very good communication skills in one or more of the following
Locations: Badulla & Kandy
Languages: Sinhala/ Tamil / English
