Job Description
Areas of responsibility & brief description
➢ Create business plan and budgets to set up Points of Sale including retail outlets, contact centre and develop channel business within prescribed timelines
➢ Identify and hire team members for respective roles
➢ Identity and forge allianses with industry affiliates and partners
➢ Build partnerships and maintain relationship with key channel partners & vendors
➢ Manage delivery team to ensure project deadlines are met
➢ Negotiate contractual arrangements with partners and suppliers
➢ Liaise with legal, finance, business heads and ensure compliance to company policies
➢ Create and drive the marketing plan
➢ Ensure company policies & customer service guidelines and brand philosophy are followed
➢ Responsible to drive & achieve Sales Turnover & Profitability for the region.
➢ Responsible to grow the business by creating a sales strategy for Sales Experience, Customer Acquisition, Retention
➢ Develop sales and incentive strategy to drive topline growth
➢ Monitor branch performance through regular visits and guide them to improve their performance from time to time
➢ Identify new business prospects
➢ Continuous up gradation of selling skills of sales personnel.
➢ Handle escalations & provide timely solutions.
