Academic Qualifications
• Bachelors Degree in Textile Engineering / Science Including statistics and physical science Or
• Higher Diploma in Manufacturing Management and Quality Assurance from a recognized university or institution.
Knowledge and experience
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in quality assurance field, preferably in Garment, Fabric, Textile, Knitting and Industry etc.,

• Experience in customer complaint handling in ISO based Quality Management System

• Experience in ISO documentation related process and QMS handling

• Knowledge and experience in Lean / Quality Circle concepts

• Computer literacy in professional level with analytical knowledge

• Must be a good team player

• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills and ability to interact with all levels of the organization while driving the quality initiatives.

• Highly motivated with enthusiasm and commitment to achieve objectives

• Good communication skills in English
