Suitable applicant should have:-

■ Experience in the tourism and hospitality industry and managing social media channels will be an added advantage
Key Responsibilities:
Sales
■ To establish the regional sales distribution network in Colombo. This will involve contracting with hotels, villas, restaurants and other businesses.

■ To attend to client enquiries over email, phone or in person.

■ To sell experiences directly, on-line or through the distribution network.To book them — take payment.
Operations
■ To coordinate guides, drivers and other suppliers and parties involved in the operations.

■ To escort clients on our tours as and when required.

■ To assist with customer care, attending to any complaints that may arise.
Product Development
To assist in the development and design of new regional experiences and products. To assist in evaluating risk assessments for all experiences and ensuring full corporate compliance in terms of health and safety.
Business Development
Development of viable commercial models for Pepper's experiences To analyze the regional business, define ongoing regional business strategy, including budgeting setting and tracking.

■ Assist with Head of Business Development and TFG's Marketing Department with the development and day-to-day execution of digital marketing and PR strategies.

■ General assistance as required by the team with partnering with agents, hotels and other stakeholders.
