• Should have strong conceptualizing skills across media print, packaging, digital, & film with the ability to translate briefs to creative ideas.

• Should have a strong sense of colors and design. (Good Portfolio)

• Should have good command over software's like Photoshop, Illustrator, 3D Max

• Should have the willingness to work in a team and supervise a team

• Should have minimum 3 years experience in an ad agency or related field
