Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Provide L1 & L2 Support for customers including on-site operations are required.
• Analysis and resolution efforts with other product specialists and with the principals such as BMC and Salesforce.
• Plan and execute maintenance actions both remotely and onsite.
• Undertake project specific activities such as requireme nts gathering, Application configuration and data population, developingtechnical documentation, specialized training or utilities/tools as required by customers and/orthe support organization.
• Maintain on-going record or problem analysis and resolution activity in BMCRemedyApplication and Force.com application such as Salesforce CRM.
Essential Criteria
• Degree in ComputerScience, Software Engineering or equivalent qualification
• At least 1 year experience in a similar role
• Having experience working with Service Management Application would be an added advantage.
• Good fault diagnosis ability • Experience in the delivery of high quality customersupport
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to provide out-of hours customer support
• Ability to provide on-site customersupportwhere required.
• English language spoken and written communication skills.
• Experience with any of the following would be an advantage:Java, C#, C+, XML, SOAP
• ITIL certification would be an added advantage.
