Job Description
Duties:
managing the day-to-day operations of the office.
Organizing and maintaining files and records.
Dealing with telephone and email inquiries.
Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments.
Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Making travel and guest arrangements preparing and submitting all relevant hr letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management.
Liaising with all government agencies to ensure adherence to compliance.
Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee.
Should be able to set deadlines and deliver them in turn. Should have an open mind and a flexible work attitude.
Attitude should be willing to learn and work under a high-pressure environment.
