• Have a full grasp of all the products in the menu • Knowledge of safety and hygiene including HACCP Standards • Basic Qualification in cooking and food prep • Should be able to prepare and produce food within recommended timeframes • Ability to take on a leadership role in absence of the head chef and sous chef • Collecting deliveries and maintaining stock • Minimum 1 year experience in similar role
