A 24 hr outpatient service is managed by Dr Sarath Paranavitane who is a well known specialist family physician. 'Ceymed' has grown to be a brand name synonymous with reliability, efficiency and accuracy. Ceymed has opened smaller laboratories (Ceylabs) in Ragama, Piliyandala, Kalubowila, Panadura, Horana, Trincomalee, Jaffna, Kalmunai and Homagama to meet the increased demand for tests in these areas. In addition to Ceylabs, a large area of the city and outskirts are covered via collecting centres opened in General Practitioner clinics. 'Ceymed' intends opening new collecting centres in remote areas in the future. 'Ceymed' also has a 24 hr. open well-stocked pharmacy managed by a qualified pharmacist. Ceymed also offers x'ray facilities,audiometry, lung function testing and physiotherapy. All immunisations of children and adults are carried out by a Family Physician. 'Ceymed' has been able to maintain its personal touch throughout these years and prides itself in its professional approach to the medical requirements of both the general public and the medical profession. Our aim is to deliver to the discerning customer, a service that is friendly and personal and also to ensure a speedy and accurate service.
