Operations Manager

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/ Food Science/ Agriculture.
- Minimum of Three years’ experience in (Spices/ Tea / EXPORTS industry) or a relative industry.
- Good Knowledge about Organic/Fairtrade and RFA/ FSSE 22000 Certification.
- Strong verbal written & communication Skills & Strong Negotiation Skills.
- Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office. 
- Strong ability to multitask.
- Should be comfortable working with multiple groups within the business.
