Residential General Manager needed for AKR Hotel, a Boutique Hotel with 16 rooms in Kilinochchi.

Tourist board approved as B Grade Tourist Guest House.

The kitchen and restaurant are available not functioning.

A fully air-conditioned meeting hall just started.
Need to have a minimum of 2 years of Hotel Management Experience. Need to be able to market, promote and develop new business physically and online. Preference will be given to candidates who speak and understand all 3 languages and live or work in the Northern Province.
Knowledge of Front office operations, Online booking platforms, and House Keeping operations. Should have business promotion skills, NGOs, Sales / Insurance Companies, Banks and Tour operator contacts.
Salary, Sales bonus & commission, Service charge, Room, Food allowance and other benefits will be included in the remuneration package which will be negotiated based on experience and value being brought to AKR Hotel.

MD resides out of the country and will be in Srilanka for face to face interviews and appointments in the 3rd week of January 2020.
